Avendur Nordic will deliver data centers across the Nordics through one unified delivery model, from site selection to full operation. We are owned, among others, by publicly listed Endúr ASA, and are responding to rapidly growing demand for data center capacity and a lacking Norwegian supplier industry in the sector. Our goal is to create ripple effects for local businesses, Norwegian electrical expertise, and value creation across the Nordics, in the same way Norway has previously succeeded within industry, seafood, and oil and gas.

We offer comprehensive services throughout the entire lifecycle of a data center, and support data center operators, developers, and investors across the Nordics and Europe in realizing complex projects efficiently and predictably.

With a primary focus on the Nordic market, we combine local insight with international execution capability, from idea to operation. We are built on a model where a single provider holds overall responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from concept development, early-phase development and power infrastructure to design, construction, commissioning and service after handover.
Behind our establishment lies a clear strategy: to combine specialized data center expertise with Endúr's experience and execution capability in large, complex industrial projects.
Coordination and expertise are the biggest
challenges
The challenge in the market is rarely the building itself, but rather coordinating all interfaces, managing progress, and handling logistics on the construction site. Projects of this scale are major undertakings, involving 1,000-2,000 people during the construction phase. These projects require significant capacity and expertise over a short period. Many parties and interfaces make such projects vulnerable to delays and
conflicts between client and suppliers, something several have experienced in data center projects built across the Nordics. We take full responsibility for the entire delivery to reduce this risk.
We have our own organization in place to develop and execute data center projects, with the expertise and capacity to start today. Through the Endúr Group, we also have access to experienced project managers, engineers, and execution power from major industrial and construction projects, combined with specialist expertise in power, electrical systems, and data centers.
A critical factor is access to electromechanical expertise and professionals approved by the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) to work with electricity in Norway. As society becomes increasingly electrified, this expertise could become one of the biggest bottlenecks for future expansion.
Ripple effects locally, nationally, and across the Nordics
Our goal is to build up a Norwegian supplier industry around data center development, with local subcontractors and local labor wherever possible. Our ownership through Endúr also opens the door for further expansion into Sweden and Finland, with the same focus on local ripple effects in each market.
